Internal sales assistant?

As an internal sales assistant, you are the point of contact for our customers, both new and existing.
You are the right-hand of the sales manager and report to him. You work closely with the operational team.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the administrative support of the customer portfolio: following up price requests and preparing offers, dealing with and avoiding complaints, preparing tenders, making appointments for the sales manager.

You are a key figure in the search for new sales opportunities and participate in the retention of existing customers.

You are active at freight exchanges for transport to search for additional groupages.

You are an expert in Excel and analyse customer turnover and work out statistics.

Your profile

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience in a logistics or sales environment.

You speak French, Dutch and English fluently.

You have commercial feeling and you are a good communicator.

You have a strong personality and can work alone as well as in a team.

You work accurately, are solution oriented and have a sense of initiative.

You are fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.

You are stress resistant and like working in a dynamic and international environment.
