Your responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact and coordination between the business, application providers/integrators and infrastructure managers;
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and existing applications through regular workshops with key users.
  • Propose technical and/or organizational adjustments;
  • Ensure that data can be structured and rendered in a relevant way in the tools and their reporting;
  • Help to determine/choose the technological objectives in the context of the digitalization of activities and support the Management in the promotion of the chosen orientations
  • Implement and support change management
  • Support and promote innovation within the company

Your profile

You have excellent technical skills. These skills cover organisational and technical fields, such as computer modelling, application architecture, technical architecture of information systems, or configuration management...

The role requires skills in information system architecture, IT security, project management, knowledge of products and markets, and a willingness to be knowledgeable about the operations of DANDOY and logistics in general.

You have knowledge and/or experience in the field of logistics.

You are analytical and a problem-solver

You know how to work independently as well as assist a team during implementations

You are a good communicator and can adapt to (non) technical audience

You are rigorous, reactive and have a concern for the quality of the work and the service rendered

You are a creative person and can build up a project from just an idea
