HR officer?

In this function you will be the first point of contact for the employees. As HR Officer you will be in charge of the daily HR activities. You interact with all departments and report to the HR manager in order to coordinate administrative and operational activities inside the organization.

Your responsibilities

All HR related administrative tasks: maintaining all HR records for employees, vacation, sickness; social documents, contracts,…

Ensure the correct calculation of the payroll for blue collars

Recruitment of blue collars and temporary support (students, interim,…)

Ad hoc administration of the service (subsidy request, planning of trainings,…)

You assist the fleet in some follow up

Your profile

You have a bachelor in HR or at least 5 years experience in Human Resources.

You are familiar with social legislation, knowledge of the transport legislation is a plus

You have good communication skills, are hands-on, highly organized and flexible.

You have good skills in MS Office (Excel / Word).

Fluency in Flemish, French and English is essential
