• Organize transports according to destination and anticipating potential delivery issues 
• Answering price requests of our customers 
• Finding solutions to satisfy customer transportation needs, dealing with capacity issues, managing changes in planned volumes 
• Booking and follow-up of external carriers and transportation services 
• Coordination and confirmation of transport orders 
• Keep good communication with dispatching team and drivers 
• Optimize truck routes and measuring rentability of planned trucks  

Your profile:   

• You have excellent organization skills 
• You can express yourself easily in Dutch, French and English 
• You’re a teamplayer who shares information with colleagues and dare to ask advice from colleagues 
• You master the transport regulations and possess a good geographic knowledge 
• You have a degree in transport, logistics, international business or equivalent 
• You want to contribute to the growth of the company where human contact and your colleagues are the key to success
